The on-load test of a 600KW Weichai generator set from Yibo Power has been completed, and it is ready to be shipped to Gansu.
To ensure the power supply for the cooling system, automatic control system, sewage treatment system, and other equipment in a chemical plant area in Gansu Province, the customer ordered a 600KW Weichai generator set from Yibo Power to maintain the normal operation of various equipment in case the municipal power supply is interrupted.
The engine of this unit is equipped with Weichai 6M33D725E310, featuring six in-line cylinders and National III electronic fuel injection control. It achieves rapid and precise fuel control based on load, utilizes turbocharging design to ensure sufficient air intake and complete combustion, and boasts a cylinder bore and stroke of 150×150mm, capable of delivering a standby power of 725KW. The generator part utilizes Lileisenma, featuring a full copper brushless design, excellent conductivity, low heat generation during long-term operation, and stable voltage output, providing reliable power for electrical equipment. The unit is equipped with Delixi dual power switching, which enables the equipment to detect a power failure signal after the mains power is cut off, start the unit, and switch on the power supply without manual intervention. This shortens the power supply time and reduces losses caused by power failures. Additionally, considering that the unit is placed outside the factory building, a noise reduction box is additionally installed to achieve outdoor rainproof effects, eliminating the need for building a machine room and reducing operational noise during operation.
