Two Weichai generator sets arrived in Zhengzhou, Henan. After inspection and confirmation by the customer, they were unloaded. The power ranges of these two machines are 75kw and 250kw, respectively.
The customer is mainly engaged in the production of toiletries. The categories involve shampoo, facial cleanser, facial mask, hand cream and other fields. In order to ensure the power consumption of office buildings, dormitories and production workshops, the customer ordered two Weichai generator sets. Considering the replacement of new factories in the later period, the customer saved the plan to build a machine room, and directly installed two noise reduction boxes outside the generator set. The box uses electrostatic spray molding, and adds sound insulation cotton inside, which can not only reduce the use noise, but also outdoor placement without considering rain and snow weather, and is not easy to rust.
The 75kw Weichai generator set is equipped with a Weichai inline four cylinder diesel engine, paired with a Shanghai Stanford all copper brushless generator. It operates at full load with stable voltage and is used for daily power supply in office areas and dormitory buildings; The 250kw unit is equipped with a Weichai inline six cylinder diesel engine, with a turbocharged intercooled electrically adjustable structure and strong load capacity. The generator uses Fujian Quanyi, which is mainly used for power supply to workshop production equipment and plastic packaging assembly lines; Both machines are equipped with dual power switching, which will start the unit and close for power supply when the mains power stops, without the need for manual closing; After the unit is unloaded, Yibo Power has agreed with the customer to arrange for local technicians to come and install, debug, and guide the customer within 3 days to ensure their use.
