1. Installation environment selection
Ground conditions: Choose a flat and stable ground as the basis for the installation of the generator to ensure that the ground can bear the weight of the generator. Use a level to adjust the generator to a horizontal state to ensure its stable operation.
Ventilation and heat dissipation: Avoid installation in a closed or poorly ventilated environment. Good ventilation conditions should be provided to ensure that the generator can dissipate heat in time during operation to prevent overheating.
Location layout: It should be close to the load center, with convenient access lines and unobstructed surrounding roads, avoiding the downwind side of the pollution source and places prone to water accumulation.
2. Preparation before installation

Tool preparation: Prepare necessary installation tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, level rulers, etc.

3. Installation steps

The number of elbows in the pipe should not exceed 3 to ensure smooth exhaust. If the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upward, a rain cover must be installed.
Connect the power line: According to the electrical wiring diagram of the generator, correctly connect the power line to ensure that the wiring is firm and correct. The grounding wire connection point is generally at the end of the chassis of the diesel generator set, and the grounding wire must be connected to the appropriate grounding position.
Check the oil: According to the requirements of the generator manual, check and add the appropriate amount of engine oil and coolant to ensure that the oil required for the normal operation of the generator is sufficient.
4. Post-installation inspection
Startup test: After completing all installation steps, perform a start-up test on the generator. Check whether the generator can start normally and run stably, and observe whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations.
